Our days get super busy and it can be hard to find the time to stop and just be.
Taking the time to breath in the life around you, explore the possibilities of the next moment or just smile can change your mood.
But how can you be sure that you are remembering in the midst of all the busyness you take time and celebrate you?
Here are a few suggestions:
1) Say at least 10 “I AM” affirmations before you get out of bed (or at least before your first cup of coffee). For example, “I am blessed”, “I am grateful”, or “I am happy”.
2) Write yourself a note and stick it in your pocket or wallet to find later in the day. Be sure to place the words, “Just for you
3) Look in the mirror and say I love you.
Each of us can take the time to celebrate ourselves a little bit every day. It doesn’t take much but it is a great reminder of the person who we are and the person we are continuously growing into.
